I would not tell anyone to purchase this unit what a mistake!! We purchased the 12' x 20' unit and the instructions were so bad that we could not make any sense out of them!! Ends would not fit had to turn it into an expensive carport. Go out and buy a cheap off-brand it will cost less and you could get better results. NOT AT ALL WHAT WE EXPECTED FROM THE PRODUCT!!! I've used the 12x12 ShelterLogic maybe six times. A truss bar broke. When calling the 800 number they tell you no parts are available. How do they build them in the first place without parts? $300 wasted. Next one I buy will be a cheap off-brand. Why spend the money if it can't be repaired? ...read more
