STAY AWAY! As the first comment says terrible customer service! We were charged for overtime use of the limo when we were CLEARLY within the 3 hour window. In addition the contract never had overcharge fees written into the contract and it also stated we would be told ahead of time if there would be an overcharge fee. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR. MY BROTHERS WEDDING WAS PROVIDED WITH A BROKEN DOWN LIMO PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY. INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE LIMO IN THE 2 HR TIME FRAME DURING THE CEREMONY THE COMPANY DECIDED TO USE THE SAME LIMO. PRIOR TO LOADING IN THE LIMO THE DRIVER INFORMED US THAT THERE WAS NO A/C ON AN 80 DEGREE DAY IN JUNE. AS WE ARE PULLING OUT OF THE PARKING LOT THE DRIVER INFORMS US THAT "WE WILL BE LUCKY TO MAKE IT TO THE RECEPTION". WE GOT LESS THAN A MILE AWAY FROM THE CHURCH AND THE LIMO BREAKS DOWN. WE HAD TO GET RIDES FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GET TO THE RECEPTION HALL. OWNERSHIP WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHILE THEY DID REFUND THE MONEY, THAT WAS THE BARE MINIMUM THEY COULD HAVE DONE. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE DOING US A FAVOR BY REFUNDING FOR A SERVICE THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE. EVEN A SIMPLE $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE WITH A "WE'LL MAKE IT UP TO YOU ON THE NEXT RIDE" WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY. THINGS DO HAPPEN, BUT THERE ARE WAYS TO MAKE THING RIGHT! ...read more
