Terribly disappointing. Inaudible "singing" telegram. Chicken stood there and flapped wings a couple of times. Total waste of money!!! Complained to Nancy but didn't reply to email. Tremendously disappointed! Booked chicken character to deliver a birthday message and she was totally inaudible. The environment was quiet and she stood next to the person having birthday and not one word was able to be heard. I expected it to be soft (under the chicken mask) but not silent! Why not call it a pantomime instead of singing telegram! Awful. Makes you sign a release so you don't request a refund. Total rip off! I emailed Nancy and she didn't reply. Booked a princess for a 4th Birthday Party, three hours before the party, Nancy Douglass, President, left me a voice mail saying the princess was sick and could not make it, no replacement was offered. If you want your child to be disappointed, book these people. By the way, it took her exactly three weeks to refund my $90.00 deposit to my credit card, I believe I only received it because I kept bothering her about it, she told me it had been refunded the Monday after the party and it wasn't, I do have emails, voicemail and credit card statement to prove. After the fact, I checked, same thing happened to someone else according to BBB, now I see the reviews on this page, I guess shame on me! ...read more
