After waiting a half hour for our car wash and asking for our windows cleaned ala carte for three extra dollars......we got in our car and entered the highway and noticed that our windows and mirrors were actually dirtier than when we entered.....I called to voice my complaint and the girl said well you have to understand we have over 500 cars today and we are busy....where I replied I take it our car doesn't count because your a CAR WASH and I paid good money to have our CAR WASHED.......in their defense she offered to us to come back and they would do our windows over......but after the wait earlier we decided not to........then the offer was made for a free car wash where we accepted.....but how will they ever know it was us who had the issue.....she would not even take our information to get the fee wash..so to say the least we were very unhappy....lets see if they have good business practices and get in touch with us.......somehow i don't see that happening...have a nice day..G.S ...read more
