Today I spoke with Denise who was extremely pleasant and helpful to me. She's located at the Seymour Str. location (across from Htfd. hospital). She went out of her way to help me (over the phone) chose a Teddy Bear for my daughter's friend who was in Children's Hospital. We talked about my price point and she quickly gathered together 5 Teddy Bears for me to chose from and texted me a picture of them. She then picked out a balloon for me and within a few minutes, my order was complete. Denise was very friendly and professional and I really appreciated her help! I would highly recommend this florist- for not only their flowers, but their gifts, as they certainly provide a high level of customer service and a special caring touch :) Thank you Denise! ...read more
