This establishment will replace the part once, but with a feel of interigstion methods, then anything after that you are agressively interigated then served an ultimatum of one more only, so that lifetime policy is replacement once in a lifetime! Would highly recommend finding another parts place like D3/AOK or Appliance repair here in the Springs. Definately don't fall for their additional charges for their non lifetime replacement scam. ...read more

I bought a brand new washer 4 months ago n 3 months ago it stopped working, I finally got someone to come look at it n now it will be a few more weeks to a month, well I have called and called shouse telling them they need to replace it and they will never return calls, they will not even help, they said after a week they would replace it and yet I see where im still sitting, never get a washer or dryer from here or anything for that matter ...read more

We have run into an interesting issue of late... Some of the service companies in Colorado Springs have been advertizing that they will wave the cost of their Trip and Diagnosis if a customer completes repairs on their unit. While we certianlly cannot speak for every service company in our market we have been able to compare completed service invoices from some of these companies to our normal charges.... It is very apparent that the cost of the trip and diagnostic fee has been shifted into the repar cost on the invoices we have been able to cost compare to. Parts that we seel for $30.00 - $40.00 are being sold for $90.00-$100.00. Labor rates that we might charge $78.95 for are $105.00... We have always held that there is a difference between cost and value.... while something might seem to be a good deal... what is the actual value.... I suppose the best thing ot do would be to try and do your homework, get parts pricing to compare if you can .... Appliance Service Co. has been in business since 1963 and in all these years we have never been able to figure out how it is possible to give something that costs us to provide away and still be able to stay in business.... ...read more
