Can fix anything
Shane is an outstanding technician and appliance repairman! He looks out for his clients and will not charge for unnecessary parts. He doesn't believe at throwing money at a problem he believes in fixing the problem. He is motivated and dedicated to his profession!

REFRIGERATOR REPAIR
We called Shane to repair our GE Monogram Refrigerator after we contacted GE directly and scheduled an appointment. GE gave us a 4 hour window in which they would stop by to look at the refrigerator. I'm sorry but who has a four hour window of time that you can be away from work? They never stopped by on the designated date and tried to bill us for the service call anyway. Shane came over when he said that he would (no four hour window) and repaired our refrigerator which took four hours and a new part. He was fantastic to work with and he only charged us 1/2 of what GE quoted us. We will use his services ag ain.

Could not be any better
Repaired my refrigerator and washer. Both work perfectly thanks to Shane. He's cost-effective and I trust him.

I am looking at a busy day today... Who am I kidding? Everyday is a busy day! To me, this is great news! Yesterday I was on a call for a very nice lady! She was a very mathematical person. Intriguing, to say the least! She was throwing around percents of how much cheaper I was than other companies and how much cheaper the price of my part was vs prices that she had found.
