I had my car washed at the puddle and my fiancee's pool cue turned up missing and my windshield/paintjob was scratched. I drive a brand new toyota and I am constantly inspecting my car, after taking it to the puddle, I noticed scratches on the windshield, I told the manager immediatly and he had the nerve to tell me that, I did that to my car, with an ice scraper. He was very rude, and to finish the conversation he threw his hands in the air and walked away from me. I went around with a camera and took photos of their workers with huge and gaudy rings all over their fingers. the manager also told me its a touch free car wash because they use a little blue towel to dry the car. He must think I'm an idot. Just trying to help people not go through what I am going through with this place right now, maybe if you drive an old beater and you dont care about it much then I would reccomend the puddle,otherwise beware, you may find scratches on your paint and windows. There was also another man there complaining that he had $5 missing out of his car, I'm not as concerned about the pool cue as I am about the damage done to my car. ...read more
