Took my powerstroke there and it is now in worse shape now then it was before l. The guy is liar and thief. Didn't even change my oil and filters after he rebuilt my heads, new oil cooler and brand new turbos. Truck is now going to Douglas County diesel to get fixed because jeremiah was unable to diagnose u problem with my turbos which dcd did in mins. He took to much personally and my truck and paid the price. Paid over 13gs for him to do half assume job. Never go here if you are new to this guy. ...read more

DISHONEST!!! I went to this shop for a check engine light and to have my vehicle checked. I was told that they did a system check and smoke test, but could not find anything, would need to keep vehicle to research where the problem is. I was also told that several codes showed up on system check, that there were problems with the drive train, transfer case, rear differential and that the rear axles had too much movement. I paid this dishonest business to scare the daylights out of me. I did go to another shop and as soon as they did the smoke test they found the vacuum leak at the right side of the intake at the throttle body, if a smoke test had been done at Doug's they could not have missed this. The system check did not show any codes in the memory that Doug's said there was. All the other problems Doug's listed was all bull - all that needed to be done was have a bearing replaced. Thank goodness I did find a honest shop and did not end paying thousands to a shop that is so dishonest. ...read more
