After paying for a service which was only 50% completed, I submitted a request for refund. After two misspelled letters from the manager, he kept stalling and delaying asking for more and more information which he clearly had. I go to this car wash all the time and I have to say that they do a really good job. Most other washes wont take the time to use air hoses to get the water out of the cracks in your car but they do. I constantly had water stains left over after I left Autopia down the street. A+ for these guys. ...read more

This is a terrible place to have your vehicle washed. These people are dishonest. I upgraded from a regular hand wash ($17.95) to the Supreme ($34.95) because I wanted my car waxed. Well I watched my car go through the entire process and they didn't wax the car. When they called me over to tell me that my car was done, I told them that they didn't wax the car. They replied, "oh, sorry sir." They immediately waxed the car. Next visit same thing, only this time when I told them that they didn't wax the car they told me that the wax was applied in the tunnel by a special spray process. This is a complete lie. I watched the car go through the tunnel and there was nothing but water applied by a guy with a pressure sprayer at the beginning of the tunnel. These guys get you to pay a significant upgrade ($17 extra) and then they don't perform the service you pay for. I can't stand dishonest merchants.
