Totaly not recommend! This is a awful place that I have never been. The store is dirty, all the tool they bring out is dirty and not clean, I believe that they just keep reuse it. I actually saw they use the same tool to use with another girl after me without clean! The most awful part is they give you attitude when they doing your nail. I came at Sunday morning, I was came to enjoy my day for a manicure treatment and exchange their attitude to ruin my day! when they put nail polish on my nail, the color polish was all over my cuticle and I ask if they can clean those color polish around edge of my nail, guess what? they told me "you are too picky". I wanted to believe the one way women can afford to keep their nails tidy all the time is by stopping at their local nail spot (even if it's not glamorous or even relaxing) and that ,really, all nail places can get the job done. I was wrong. Top Nails should have paid me to sit in their very smelly and FLY filled nail shop for the time it took to get my $15 pedicure. I just had a mani/pedi with Amber and her place is really neat! You'd never know about it, it's stuck in a little office building area in Venice. but once you find it, you'll be surprised! She works alone, sot here is never any shuffling of other clients or manicurists chatting to each other instead of you, the client!
