I wanted to believe the one way women can afford to keep their nails tidy all the time is by stopping at their local nail spot (even if it's not glamorous or even relaxing) and that ,really, all nail places can get the job done. I was wrong. Top Nails should have paid me to sit in their very smelly and FLY filled nail shop for the time it took to get my $15 pedicure. For $2 more I could have been pampered and not left feeling sick to my stomach.
