Pedro usually likes to drink and becomes very aggressive . he is bot dependaple or trustworthy. Needs work...could be a nice place but it smells in the lobby and stairwells...spider webs all over the place...not properly taken care of. However, the lawn is immaculent!! ...read more

I live here now and feel things have changed. management for one. checks things outs and see for yourself. :) plenty parking, on-site laundry, owner pays for most utilities and great rent rates too. place is kept clean. lots of improvements on the place too. love it. ...read more
