Estancia Apts

I live here now and feel things have changed. management for one. checks things outs and see for yourself. :) plenty parking, on-site laundry, owner pays for most utilities and great rent rates too. place is kept clean. lots of improvements on the place too. love it.

They paint a picture of a utopia in your mind when you tour the apt but when you really move in, it is soo different. I mean so different that you don’t even know if this is the apt that you chose! The worst part is the managers are so unreasonable jerk who always what to take advantage of the tenants and gossip about other (past and present) tenants... the husband and wife also gossiped about each other. They say you can used this and that (the pool) but really you can’t! Horrible place due to the people in charged there but one thing I must admit, the building is nice.
