I love book stores, so it's almost difficult not to write a good review. However, truth be known, this store could be a whole lot better. I can understand they want top dollar for their books, but service should match and that it doesn't. If you need help finding a book, you're hard pressed to find human help and best off using a self serve computer when it's available. When it comes time to check out, be prepared to wait in line. No matter how many people there are, be prepared to wait. Even if there's only a few people in line ahead of you, they'll simply make the other cashiers go on break, thereby assuring you wait after all. They're very efficient that way. ...read more
