I have always gone to Linda at Classic Looks for special occasions but now I am going to make it a monthly visit at the very least. She is Conejo Valley's best kept secret. Reasonably priced and immaculate. I had gone through a stressful event and soon found myself not wanting to leave the house when I had a breakout with more than 35 blemishes. Linda managed to get me in within days and I asked when I would see improvement with the facial and the products. She said between two to three weeks but after one week my skin was completely clear! I went in for a weave touch up and the owner Melodi guaranteed Michelle Brumfield work which I stupidly listened to, never again. Nightmare salon. I was in this salon for 4 hours something that should take no more then an hour and a half. Now I have burned broken dry fried hair. When the owner Melodi called me since she knew I was very unhappy she refused to give me a refund! This is bad business guys!!! If the customer is not happy you do all you can to make them happy. Its not worth a bad review. I would have rather paid my church $125. in tithes then to have to deal with this! Its shocking how the owner Melodi "hasn't handled this in a business like manner, some have it others don't. I did report this salon to the BBB since I was refused a refund, come on people its only 125. how couldnt or wouldnt spare that for the sake of there salons name!
