I have been taking my car to the oil change place of the car wash for some time and I'm finally fed up with their lack of attention to a "NICE" car. They left tons of oil all over my perfectly clean cashmere floor mats in my Lexus. How hard is it to put down a paper mat when changing OIL! This should be common practice at an oil change place as you WILL have oil on your shoes and people respect their cars and don't want your oily feet all over their nice car.So after about $1000 in business I have given them as I drive 150 miles a day I will be taking my car to Speedy Oil change in Stockton who I called and asked if they use paper mats and behold they do!So bottom line if you have a nice clean car DON'T take your car here for a oil change. The service has been good but really let's face it if you're too cheap to place a paper mat down to change someones oil what is that saying for your business?As a side note when I called them on this they said I should go next door and they cou ...read more
