This outfit was guilty of violating humane slaughtering laws by the USDA in Dec. 2012. An employee took his frustration out on a cow by using an electric prod over and over in an egregious manner. Additionally, the inspection personnel was threatened and treated aggressively by the plant personnel. Clearly this place is poorly run and employs mentally unstable people. So I have tried their meat before...really good...but the most recent thing I've tried is their bread rolls with cream cheese and jalepenos....OMGosh sooooo good if you like cream cheese and Jalepenos!
