Salt lamp is decent. weighs 23.5 pounds instead of 25 to 30 pounds as advertised. Also, thumbs way down on the Customer Service. Won't be doing business with them again based solely on replies from susan r to my emails providing them feedback on their product. ...read more

I ordered the 90lb lamp that cost $230 dollars. It arrived on time and without any problems. When i plugged it in not even half of it was lit up. I called the company and they told me there was nothing they could do to help with the return shipping and tough luck. The Spiritualquest customer representative then told me to F**K OFF! I would never recommend this company to anyone and totally not a spiritual experience. Shame on them. ...read more

I called customer service to see when my order would be shipped. I got a link that said pending. I paid 12.95 for expedited service. I was told I ordered it on the 29 which was Saturday. It was wednesday, the idiot was looking at September. he told me that my expectations were too high. I told him to F off then he e emailed me to tell me I didnt read my e mails. I got an automated e mail that gave me a link. Nothing about shipping just said pending on Tueaday Sept 4th..I will never do business with this company again. The name spiritual should not be in their branding. Even if the product is good, I never buy from them. They have testamonials that say how nice they are how quickly they got it. Last week I purchased something called aSalt Lamp.A Salt Lamp is essentially a salt rock that has been hollowed out and turned into a lamp. It was advertised to create an “environment of peace and relaxation”. I was skeptical at first, but because the lamp looked great, I bought it nonetheless. When I first turned on the lamp, I was delightfully surprised to see that it actually lived up to its promise. I did feel relaxed, and I did feel at peace. I did some research on the Internet and found that Salt Lamps generate something called negative ions. In turn, I found out that negative ions neutralize harmful electromagnetic waves generated by electronic devices such as TVs and computers. I found that these harmful waves cause a lack of concentration, anxiety, and depression. Because I work at home, I realized that having Salt Lamps in my house would be a great way for me to stay focused and relaxed while working.
