Semper International, LLC has to be by far one of the worst agency's in the city of San Francisco or in the top 10 of the worst. The never seem to have any jobs and yet they are still in business. They deal in the high volume copy center personnel staffing. Also Semper can't seem to hold on to their "agents" for very long at this office. They went from a 9 person office on Market Street to a one person office in a 10x10 room in the South Of Market area. She placed a candidate into my firm and then 3 months later, just after we paid her the $20,000 placement fee, she recruited the candidate to another firm and got paid again for that. She forces both the candidate and the hiring manager to hire the candidate, even though it may not be the right fit for either. Her candidates don't stay at the jobs she finds for them for too long. ...read more
