I want to take this opportunity to thank those of you at Ranch Events for helping to make our Spring Fling on May 9 such an outstanding event. I especially appreciated the fact that the Robert Peltier was present that morning to insure that everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Kathy who called me Thursday before the luncheon to go over every detail. Her attention to each item was most appreciated. Colors were in harmony and the china was beautiful. My other caterer cancelled! I did not read the fine print and it did say they have the right to cancel an event within 30 days of the event! What kind of company cancels an event? Well, Abbey Catering saved my event by helping me plan this corporate function for 500 guests within 4 weeks. We used their all inclusive event package and actually ended up saving over 15% for the other company! The ribs here are just so good! They fall right off the bone, and are covered in Phil's BBQ sauce, which is just so tasty. The sides are all good as well.
