Karma Relaxation Spa

I went in for a couples massage with my friend for my birthday and had a male masseuse named Johnny. He felt the need to let me know how he felt about my tattoos on my arm and on my leg. He let me know before the massage that my arm sleeve was “too much” and then proceeded to tap on my arm and grunt at all the tattoos I had that he did not like. Even calling one “Halloween” after tapping and grunting at it. It was the most uncomfortablest situation I have ever been in. He was completely unprofessional voicing his opinions on my tattoos. ...read more

Spa Tech Parts & Service

Hello Steve, Elaine & Joel, Richard & I would like to thank you again for such quick & thorough service! We appreciated that you first tried to help us over the phone for a quick easy fix. When it became apparent the problem would require more attention you were right out in just a day. You ordered the part and Joel came right out the next week to replace the part. While making the repair he discovered we needed a new disconnect box and showed us the problem. We got the new box installed the next day which was Saturday. Your service became OUTSTANDING when you returned our call on Sunday, during the football playoffs! This was just 10 minutes after we left a message. We were amazed and delighted by your kind attention! We certainly made the right decision to go with your establishment! Thanks again, and if/when we need any help in the future, we’ll see you then! Sincerely, Richard & Ronda G. ...read more

Pool Inspection San Diego - WARNING!! Home Inspectors NOT Qualified

This post is about our personal experience over the past few months and is not pointing out any one company. This is a simple explanation for a prospective home buyer purchasing a house with a swimming pool. We have received multiple phone calls recently and they have been from realtors or the home buyer asking if we can provide pricing for the things found by their home inspectors incomplete home pool inspection. We are always happy to help a customer in need but, we are not willing to do the work for a home inspector that can not properly inform the client of the average estimated costs for the work they found necessary.Home inspectors charge an additional fee to add a home pool inspection though, they do not provide the buyer with any value based on needing a report that quotes costs so the negotiation can take place.By having pricing for the work necessary found during the pool inspection the buyer and seller can discuss compensation or credits to move the sale of the home forward.Beware!!!This is a common practice of home inspectors and a bigger question is?Does the home inspector even have the experience to provide you with valuable information about the swimming pool in question?Always count on ProTouch Pool Services to provide the highest quality home pool inspection while providing additional orientation information to help understand the pools requirements. We offer both written pool inspections and verbal pool inspections based on your specific needs.Visit us on FacebookVisit us on Google +Visit us on Youtube ...read more

New Energy Efficient Pool Pump Installation Portfolio

Here is another portfolio of us installing a new energy efficient swimming pool pump in Clairemont, CA, 92111.In California, the Title 20 laws state that any pool pump larger than a 3/4 hp pump requires you to install a variable speed, energy efficient pump that meets the Title 20 law. If you are able to replace the existing pool pump motor, you can still do that and usually saves you significant money if you are not ready for the new pump or simply can afford it at the time. We always offer to come out to evaluate each specific pool pump to help the customer detemine their options. Also when it applies, we will recommend going with a 3/4 hp pump if your swimming pools needs match the pumps ability to circulate effectively. ...read more
