I went in for a couples massage with my friend for my birthday and had a male masseuse named Johnny. He felt the need to let me know how he felt about my tattoos on my arm and on my leg. He let me know before the massage that my arm sleeve was “too much” and then proceeded to tap on my arm and grunt at all the tattoos I had that he did not like. When it became apparent the problem would require more attention you were right out in just a day. You ordered the part and Joel came right out the next week to replace the part. While making the repair he discovered we needed a new disconnect box and showed us the problem. We got the new box installed the next day which was Saturday. I first visited Karma Relaxation Spa after thoroughly reading all of the reviews on Yelp, YP & CitySearch. I had to come and check out what was so special about their waxing and massages. I loved the family atmosphere that greeted me upon entering the place and how I was treated as a VIP guest. I had the pleasure of receiving a wax service and massage. Never before had I experienced such a team effort to make me feel as if I was at home. Oh, and they use natural products that will not damage your skin or the environment. I have been back 2 times to Karma’s Relaxation Spa and every time I visit, I am treated with the same attention as the first time. It was a treat to get a massage so late at night so I could really get an amazingly crazy great night's sleep. The ambiance was really cool, and there were other people there walking in and with appointments, and I really liked that it wasn't empty. We just got Hot Stone massages and we had rooms, didn't have to make any special requests or anything. I have to tell you, it was AMAZING. I could feel the toxins being released from my muscles, even had to blow my nose. That's how you know you got an amazing massage. And it was in true tradition, and I LOVED it!! I highly recommend this place and am seriously looking into getting the membership. If I don't have at least one of these massages a month from this point forward, I'll go nuts!! ...read more

I purchased my sundance in January of 2011 from Champange Spa's and like everything in this world, there will always be problems. They asked that I leave a testimonial the day I purchased and I said I would, but I thought I would let a few months go by just to make sure of what my experience would be. I have to be honest that when I came here, I read of few of the negative responses and was amazed. I did have a few problems at the begining, but they made it right. Matter of fact, the service tech came out at 7pm one night to fix the ozonator. It was not that serious to come out that late, but he did it anyway. It has been 8 months now and I am extremely happy with my spa and have not had a single problem. Sundance makes the BEST spa's. I shopped around a TON, looking at all of the competitors including Cal Spas, HOT Tubs etc..., and you cannot go wrong with a sundance spa. I shipped him a motor pack to repair and after many weeks he sent back a different one that leaked. I sent it back and after 6 weeks he sent back yet another one that also leaked. I finally took it to a softub guy in WA and he found o-rings missing and a whole list of problems. Softub corp says Justin Gregg was a fake dealer and NEVER part of the softub franchise. Hard to believe since he sold parts and had a physical address for years. Tom, the owner of softub did not even have the integrity to defend his company and write me back. They just say they have nothing to do with him. We all know that is a lie, but I have no way to come back at softub. I highly recomend you NOT buy a softub because they do not back up their independent service people. The purchase of my replacement spa cover was fun; I enjoyed a fun conversation and pleasant purchase. The 2 week estimate for delivery was 4 after a call - the installer dropped it on the patio with a note saying he'd "be back tomorrow". A week later (and 2 phone calls 1 nice, 1 not!) it sits as I watch steam escape from my split original, my SDGE bill escalating, and $406. out of my account.
