I purchased a expensive high performance torque converter from D&P performance a little over two years ago and had a complete failure while vacationing 12 hours from home. I had truck and trailer towed to ford dealer where I was informed that my transmission needed to be replaced due to the worst torque converter failure they had seen. I returned home and brought converter to Matt and was informed by him that one of his ex employes used a variety of the wrong parts and that he was sorry. I was informed by the lady in the office that all they will do to compensate me was to refund the converter. This is unacceptable by any standards and I will never do business here again. I looked at various recommendations on shops around the central valley and was steered toward Bruce at Triple-C Upholstery and Convertible Tops by the other positive reviews I found. Boy, were those folk right about Bruce and his quality of work! I got not only a fair price, but a GREAT price and fast service by a competent master-craftsman with expert abilities.
