If you are considering signing a lease at Peninsula Villas 5644 Ravenspur Drive Rancho Palos Verdes, CA I would strongly urge you to reconsider. The Property Managers here Fred and Lori are some of the most inconsiderate angry people I have dealt with on a personal or professional basis. If you are an intelligent person you will read the warnings on this review and not rent at Peninsula Villas. If you are the owner of this complex at 5644 Ravenspur you will protect your investment and eliminate these two property managers that decrease the value or your asset as they will surely drive business away. Do not, do not, do not live here! The female manager is the most cranky, unfriendly, unhelpful lady I have ever met! I'm serious. Our neighbors have complained about her as well and have said when they've had problems it's like pulling teeth to get it fixed. IT will take you weeks. Do NOT live here! ...read more

when I moved out after 10 years and left apt. spotless- they kept my deposit and falsified the checkout list because I was at work and not there. I had to issue a warrant to sue them for not giving full deposit back and not giving it back by law within the 2 weeks period. I suceeded. in my lawsuit against Essex Properties. If you live there- at Highridge be sure to videotape your apt. when you move out. Also- they will charge YOU for painting the apt. for the next tenant-which is against the law as painting is considered normal wear and tear which alot of tenants do not know.
