Jose is a rude and nasty person. This is a perfect example of someone you do not want working and representing your company. When I asked him questions regarding cars for assistance that he may know, he responded in a way that was very inappropriate. Rather than talking to me like a normal and valuable customer, he spoke to me like as if I am an idiot. My specialty is not in cars and that is why I asked this gentleman these questions.
