He does a good job cleaning. Pros: he is fast your carpet looks brand new Cons: Says one price but changes the price once he arrives to your house. ex." he said he had a deal 4 rooms for $55. once he shows up and the living room is bigger then he expected then he considers that two rooms and then said he said 4 areas not 4 rooms. which was not true also. he speaks English and Spanish but prefers Spanish and if you don't speak Spanish he is rude and not very polite. Even though he does a great job cleaning i was upset that i was told 4 rooms for $55 and then changed prices and deal once he arrived. i was also upset that since i did not speak Spanish he was rude to me but as soon as my step dad shows up and speaks Spanish his whole demeanor changed. Happy with his work but i wouldn't refer him only because of his customer service skills. ...read more
