I have never been talked to so horribly ever in s home that I have owned for 20 years. John came to my home found that my steam unit had no power and just needed to flip the switch to get it on. Charged $140 but never looked into why it flipped, 30 seconds on and it popped back off and a smell came from the unit now the whole thing could be ruined. When I asked them to come back and to diagnose the full problem they said only for another $140 . I said no to please come and diagnose the problem and a quote to fix it but they said they won't come unless I agree to give them another $140 first. Then I asked if I could talk to John and she said I will never get to talk to him and hung up on me. Crazy treatment. ...read more
