I believe another writer was unfair with their review. I have been shopping at this Ralphs store for about 14 years and I love the service. Yeah they are almost always busy, but that's a good sign...DUH! There will always be a rude checker or bag boy wherever you go, but management is ON it if you say something to them. For the most part, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite cashiers is the little blond lady...not the fastest one of the bunch, but that's because she takes the time to engage you in a brief conversation while she's checking your groceries. The management there is awesome and they are always good to me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they never have all their check stands open, even during busy seasons, and you might have to run back to grab your ice cream as you approach the front so it doesn't melt while you're waiting! The supermarket at North Hollywood loaction turly have the highest prices and the worst service.. today I was ther at 7:45pm had stand in line for about 20min when the line shot down in front of me and telling that the cashier was going home.... The line almost turned in to a riot.. everyone was throing their baskits arond and shouting profanitys to the cahsheir and no manager around... STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! ...read more
