Let me tell you of our experience with Orlando Castano. he hired us to do work on his property to later initiate a chargeback on his credit card. We explained to him on several occasions he had an electrical issue which had nothing to do with our work. He even called two electricians to his home which according to him were both there for many hours trying to find the problem. Orlando ripped us off for approximately $600 and still has our equipment. The funniest part is he tried to sue us and LOST. If we do not receive our money prior to the statute of limitations running we will sue him. Julia Simmons is unresponsive and her staff is the most rude staff ever, especially "Naly Siharath" who Julia herself described as her guard dog! I hired Julia for a case where someone in family didn't stop after an accident, as a result of this accident the registered owner of the car was getting their license suspended. Then came Julia who claims to be a "professional" in DMV hearings. I hired her from a trusted referral from one of the best traffic attorneys in Southern California, Sherman Ellison. She instructed me to open a mailbox in Santa Monica because all the DMV hearing officers know her there and it would be easier to win the care over Orange County, so I did just as she told me and she STILL scheduled the hearing in Orange County after I spent a considerable amount of money on the UPS mailbox charge and spent my time changing several family members addresses! Another issue I had with her is I was late on one payment and Julia Simmons called and went psycho! She was yelling at the top of her lungs telling me how to manage my finances and to go get a pay day advance and that my money went to "Timbuktu" that I owed her! All in all after all of this she lost the DMV hearing for my family member (as expected)! I paid her $2,500 for the hearing + $300 a month for the UPS mailbox and forwarding during the duration of the case so a grand total of $3,400 and a massive amount of time, for a failed DMV hearing. THIS LADY IS A MONEY HUNGRY, RUDE, LYING CROOK! ALL her good reviews are FAKE!!! I will go above and beyond to make sure NO ONE else gives this thief their money! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Thank you for the wonderful service! I was not deservent of an arrest (I was not actually driving the vehicle, and this was proven), and the last thing I needed was a bogus DUI on my record and a massive dent in my wallet. The case wasn't straightforward, but Julia really came through and was always accessible and very quick to take care of everything administrative. They say that in the U.S. if one is knowledgeable with the law, it's almost like having a superpower. Truer words have never been spoken!
