I explained that I was misquoted and the fact that I came from Glendale maybe he could give me some sort of discount his eyes crossed and he said "NO" and mumbled something about being sorry he will speak with his staff, with NO tone of empathy for the fact I came from a distance on an INCORRECT quote, I asked “well how about a small discount I am also a businesswoman “(of 4 companies) (his reaction was "SO") and rather than have me document the blunder online maybe he would consider some sort of discount and much to my surprise his response was "IF YOUR GONNA THREATEN ME" at that point I realized that what type of "business" person I was dealing with and walked out BUT not before wiping my feet off before exiting the door. ...read more
