I bought the 2003 BMW 325CI used from Auto Bank Center on 12/21/2013. On the same day and excited about to drive it home but on the same dealer lot, the Service Soon Engine light appeared. I told them (a bunch of people there and Mason was the salesman), they had the mechanic at the dealer looked at it and performed the repairs which I had waited there for a couple of hours and the Service Engine Soon disappeared. I drove the car home, the next morning when I started the car, it shakes and the Service Engine Soon light reappeared. There are times it stalled in the middle of the traffic lights. I called and spoke to Tom, he told me to bring it back for repair. The presumed repair was done the next day and I took it home, the next day in the morning when I started the car Service Engine Soon reappeared again. I had been taking it back to the same location 3 to 4 times now, I am exhausted, up to this day 2/21/2014 the same Service Engine Soon light will not go away. Tom told me there is nothing else he can do. I am disappointed with the poor qualify of service. I wonder how did it got passed smog on 1/3/2014 when the Service Engine Soon light exists? I will be seeking legal actions. ...read more

Here is my experience... A dealer who sells used cars can always tell if the car was hit, damaged or repainted. You may not be able to tell how bad the accident was by looking outside, but you can definitely see repaint and bodywork. So I found this car on-line, looked good and almost new. Emailed/called-in and spoke to a sales guy named MASON... I've seen pictures and Mason offered a walk-around where he'd be my eyes... ;) Sounds interesting? Well it is.... He assures that the car is clean besides the rear bumper beeing repainted. We agreed on numbers and I came down !400miles! to realize that I was lied to. The car was repainted in a really bad way. Paint/clear coat all over lights, rubber seals etc. Doors/trunk don't lock as they should. I've never been lied to like that before. Definitely not when I told upfront I'm coming far and'll make an inspection. There are 4 body shops within same block! Don't buy anything from those guys... they choose a wrong way to do business!!! ...read more

The was a time when buying a new car had its perks, the smell, the shine, having the newest set of wheels on the block. That luxury is slipping. Americans need transportation, but they don't need new anymore. With the economy ini shambles, everyone from the lenders to the manufacturers to the dealers to the consumers are all feeling the pinch. Thousands of new cars sit in the docks awaiting arrival at dealerships who can't sell the ones they already have....Americans have always been good going the used route, we even make fashion out of second hand clothes. So its no surprise that the used car market is still strong despite falling prices.Don't sink thousands of dollars in depreciation on top of that new car price and taxes. There are literally thousands of choices in all price ranges, and financing terms that making upgrading affordable. ...read more
