I came in their a few times looking for help. They lady who works at the front is very rude. If you ask her a question she just gives you this look. I will not go into detail but its safe to say I have never been treated so bad. Horrible customer service. I even came back with my buddy who the day earlier bought a new blower from them and they still treated us bad. My friend finally saw how they were treating me and said he will never buy from them again. Since that day I have found the place in Redlands to be much more helpful. I own a tree service and therefor own twenty or so professional grade chainsaws including Husqvarnas, Stihls, and a couple Echos. I used to have my saws serviced at another shop, but found myself repairing their repairs and their service lacking. Then I found Wilbur's in Mentone. They are wonderful down-to-earth people who provide terrific customer service and perform first rate work.
