I would give a zero, if it was an option. In my opinion, TERRIBLE customer service from the owner, Jason, himself. This was my second purchase from this company, online, and the first went without a problem. In fact, I was ordering more products for others in my circle. Never did I expect to receive moldy food. The email I sent upon delivery of my items read as follows, "Hello. The onion bagels shipped to me and received Friday are molded. Will you please ship out a new order of onion and a return label for the molded bagels as soon as possible? If your other onion bagels are molded, I am okay with being sent the plain bagels." I received a response stating they were out of onion bagels and issued a credit to my card, but I did not use a credit card. In addition, I requested a substitute of plain bagels be shipped, so I did not have to pay for shipping again. When I responded to the companies email stating that I would like to receive a replacement batch of bagels and I didn't us ...read more

Evolution Body - Natasha Kufa

I bought a voucher on Amazon Local for Natasha to deliver a 5 day meal plan. I booked her 3 months before the desired date, I confirmed with her the week before the start date. It always takes her 24 hours+ to respond to emails, but eventually I did hear from her and she confirmed I was on her calendar. Well ...guess what, we did not get our delivery the first day. Emailed her, she said she would check on it. The next day, again no delivery. She said that it was delivered at our doorstep - obviously went to the wrong address. Emailed her about it .... never heard back. Thereafter, she stopped responding to my emails. No apologies, nothing. Unreliable and unprofessional. Amazon Local returned my money back and apologized profusely for being associated with her. ...read more

find joint venture partner

Promoting Your Partnership   So you’ve found the perfect business to team up with. You and your new partner complement each other perfectly and you’re ready to do some world conquering together.   There’s just one problem: Where do you start?   The best and most logical first step is to spread the word about your new joint venture, partnership or alliance to your existing customer database. Get in touch with your loyal clients and tell them all about this exciting new development. After all, if this business was a perfect match for you, there’s a great chance it’ll be a perfect match for your customers too!   There are four key avenues you can (and should) explore immediately to promote your new partnership.   1. Website Your website is your 21st Century shopfront and showing off a quality partnership is one way to convert those window shoppers into actual customers. Create a brand new webpage to promote your alliance – write a blurb about the other business and how the combination of their services and your own is the perfect mix for your customers. Don’t forget to include your new partner’s logo, especially if they have a well-established brand; this will boost your credibility and attract some extra attention.   2. Email If you already participate in email marketing, then you’ve got a head start with this one. You can send out a promotional email to your subscribers specifically about your new partnership or include it as a news item in a regular eNewsletter, if you have one. If there is an exclusive discount or deal your customers can receive from your partner, be sure to make this the key message of the email, but steer away from subject lines that read like spam (e.g. “DIYers will LOVE that we’ve partnered with HouseKing” is a more appealing subject than “40% OFF TOOLS FOR PAINTERAMA CUSTOMERS!!”)   3. Social Media If your business is alive and active on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any other social media sites, it just makes sense to let your online followers know about your exciting business move. Start by connecting your own business’s profiles with those of your new partner. Then update your status(es) with the announcement! You’ll be giving your fans a break from looking at pictures of cats and their friends’ children while also increasing your brand awareness and reputability (a company with good connections is usually doing something right!). As you’re preparing your social media posts, keep in mind that they should be customer-oriented; your customers want to know how your new partnership will benefit them more than how it will benefit you.   4. Press Release Is your new joint venture particularly newsworthy? Is the local, national, or even international community going to be affected by your partnership? Do people – customers and non-customers alike – simply need to know about this? If you’re thinking yes, yes, yes, then it’s a good idea to write a press release. Provide all the relevant information about both your companies and explain why your combination will take the world by storm. Then decide how you’ll distribute your press release. Send it off to the appropriate newspaper and media outlets, or simply upload it to one of the many online press release hubs. The further the word can spread, the better!   When you and another business form a joint venture through JV Hero, our add-on ‘JV Promo Package’ is available to you and will assist you with the writing of a website page, marketing email, social media posts, and/or a press release to promote your new partnership. For any other copywriting needs your business may have, we recommendThe Well-Spoken Lemon.     find joint venture partner ...read more
