I had a toyota Rav 4 in NYC and when I moved in LA I knew what I wanted. Im glad that Ali Sepehri was able to help me find a car at a great price. He was very upfront and honest with me and even helped me set up my vehicle. He wasn't very pushy on me making a purchase, he just made sure I had all the details of the vehicle (price and amenities of it) and was fully aware of the deal. Jonathan Arginto a finance manager at this location is very dishonest person \r\nhe will try his best to rip you off he did rip me off and when i called him he was so rude on the phone and said to me if you do not want such and such services call Toyota to cancel those but you will not get your money back until you are not done with your car payment. Jonathan Arginto sold me gap insurance by promising that he will add wheels and tires protection plan with gap insurance and won't charge me for both only will charge me for gap I agreed to buy as it was a good deal. but later of find out he charged me for each services which he ripped me off in the amount $1885.00 in total. and once they sold a car then they will never help you out .... ...read more
