the remodeled this Ralphs and the actually removed the diaper changing facilities that they had, you would think remodeling would improve it! Rewards program is not that good and their system is not computerized, doesn't combine any subsequent rewards cards you make. The staff in the bakery are grumpy, I've dealt with different individuals on many occasions and it's always like i'm putting them out.
