He lied about the condition of his parts which he lists as excellent, they are substandard garbage parts when I explicitly told him that my car was in as new condition and only wished superior parts for it, he lied and assured me that his parts were in excellent condition, after I received them in Washington State it was going to be too expensive to return them to California. I purchased hood, grill, complete bumper, headlamps, condenser, radiator, radiator fans and ground effects. This is his reply to my query. To make a long story short, the grille is cracked, headlamps dull and dingy, bumper numerous cracks and holes, radiator and condenser at the end of their life. I returned the headlamp assy's at a cost of $52 and he refuses to refund me the $250. This guy works out of his apartment. Have nothing to do with West Coast Auto Parts or you will regret it. Do not deal with this firm, they are dishonest liars. The parts are not as represented, they will take your money and argue about how you are wrong and their "notes" prove it. This is the most uncooperative owner. He sent me the wrong part.. blamed me..said I had specified incorrect model on my blog inquiry. I had a copy and I did not specify. He would not pay return shipping and charged me a 35% restock fee. It took several weeks to get part & he continually told me part was shipped. He would not return my calls. In any case..he was supposed to be the expert and if I did not originally give him enough information, he should have asked pertinent questions..not ASSUME my model. If he shipped incorrect part, I should not have to pay either shipping or restock fee. ...read more
