In regards to the review below, we reduced the price and offered a free service to take care of him and he still was not happy. Yes, one out of 15 therapist (Danielle) shorted him 30 minutes claiming the clock was wrong in the room. He told the therapist after she apologized numerous times not to worry about it and that it was ok. He scheduled appointments and either called at the last minute to cancel or did not show up at all. Why he would come back to see a therapist he claims was not good, is a good question. Also why 4 months later to write a bad review and make false statements. He is no longer welcomed at our spa. This is a professional day spa and we take pride in taking care of our clients. I hope he finds a spa that will meet his needs. His girlfriend had a great experience. ...read more

I took my 15 year old daughter to have acrylics put on. Red Persimmon ""took the initiative"" to charge $37 instead of the $27 posted outside. Then, when they finished, we found that the acrylics were done poorly . When we went back to have them fixed, the man in front lectured us for not being more clear about what we wanted. He would not listen to us at all. Then, when they finally agreed to re-do the nails, they kept my daughter for 2 1/2 hours; had 3 different people do the job; left her alone in the chair for more than 10 minutes at a time; and they lectured my minor child and were very rude to her (and at times would not speak to her) as they worked on her nails. If you are looking for quality service and that old fashion frienedly coustermer service Giovannis provides it.. The staff is always ready to help you w/ a smile. Lourdes is a great example of that service I have been going to her for all my hair and eyebrows styles for more than 9 yrs, she always tells me what is in and if it works for me, she is truly there to work wit my hair needs, Lourdes as well as the others help you and make you feel comfortable.
