My entire experience with this "company" from start to finish. I am small business owner so customer service means a great deal to me. I spoke to two different men on the phone and their technician all them sounded like young guys who had no clue how to treat a customer. I was told they would be at my place from 8 to 10. I scheduled my entire day around this, 9:30 came around and I hadn't heard from their technician, mind you I was told he would be there at 8 and it would take at the most 2 hours. I had to cancel the appointment Josh offered me %5 off ($12 off) and apologized. I called around found Mr. Tint is more affordable more professional and quicker!!! I called by later that day spoke to another man and he was even more rude!!! He asked me why I was canceling and I explained to him my experience and in the middle of my sentence he HUNG UP on me!!
