I didn't use his services for appliances but want to recommend him because of his honesty and good deed. While leaving a gas station near my home, I stupidly put my wallet on top of my car and drove off. Well you can imagine my panic when I got home and couldn't find my wallet. So in haste charging out the door back to the gas station only to find my worse fear - no wallet. Long story short, after driving myself nuts trying to cancel everything in my wallet and running to the bank to cancel my bank cards and all the crappy things one has to do to protect one's identity... low and behold a knock on my door with a man holding my wallet..... yes boys and girls.... a honest man at that.... so in paying it forward because honesty and good people are hard to find, I wanted to pass along his info should you ever need your appliances serviced.. maybe you can pass along his good deed by using his services or passing along his info. I called Beverly Hills Appliance Repair this morning (after another appliance repair service failed to show up yesterday evening) and he was at our home this afternoon. He diagnosed our washing machine problem, left to pick up the parts, and repaired the machine right then...all in about an hour and a half. The price was great, and the service was spectacular. When the repair technician showed up, he was very friendly and even asked if I'd want him to remove his shoes when entering my home. He pulled my dryer away from the wall and began checking inside, the vents, pretty much the whole machine. Im totally clueless about how the machine works, but the technician was great about explaining to me what he was looking at and how that could be the reason the dryer wasnt working properly. He inspected the dryer hose, and lo and behold, he found a tiny tear. He explained that was problem, and once the hose was replaced all would be well. He let me know that he could do the replacement, but the fee would be $150 plus the cost of the hose. Instead, he told me it was a super easy thing to replace myself, told me how to fix it in about 3 minutes, and only charged me the service call fee!
