Very friendly

When the repair technician showed up, he was very friendly and even asked if I'd want him to remove his shoes when entering my home. He pulled my dryer away from the wall and began checking inside, the vents, pretty much the whole machine. Im totally clueless about how the machine works, but the technician was great about explaining to me what he was looking at and how that could be the reason the dryer wasnt working properly. He inspected the dryer hose, and lo and behold, he found a tiny tear. He explained that was problem, and once the hose was replaced all would be well. He let me know that he could do the replacement, but the fee would be $150 plus the cost of the hose. Instead, he told me it was a super easy thing to replace myself, told me how to fix it in about 3 minutes, and only charged me the service call fee! I am so grateful for honest and caring repair techs like this, foregoing a larger payout to help a customer! Ill definitely use them again!
