Tile looks great but installers left trash, grout and other mess. Didn't notice until next day since installers left close to dark. As for Nader and Fred, very unreliable, they make appointments and cancel without telling you until you call. Always would tell me they would call me right back and never happened. Unless you thrive on disorganization, excuses and empty promises, GO ELSEWHERE! The installers are independent contractors and they did a great job but left a mess. I was a long time customer, 20 yrs but they forget all about the customers after they get your money. I will be filing in small claims court by Friday if my issues have not be resolved. My flooring was done almost 4 weeks ago and still waiting for all the outstanding items to be resolved. ...read more

We used Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile for the first time, and Gene was just amazing! He was very helpful, and he was there when we needed him. He guided us with our choices, and he came through. We got floors from them, and we're getting carpet from them next week! The construction guys who did the installation did a very good job. Rick was the supervisor, and Drake and Dan were with him. They were very polite, and very efficient. We were very pleased! We had a small issue with the floor, but I've already discussed it with Gene. I'm sure he will follow up.
