Excellent Instructor

I started Pilates with Wendy about 7 weeks ago. During that time I decided to do the Couch to 5K program. Doing pilates every week has made the transition into being a runner so easy! Pilates keeps me loose and injury free after running! The class is for everyone! I attend class just once a week and I can already feel that my core is stronger and my posture is better! Wendy makes it so enjoyable and relaxing to get in shape! She motivates you and encourages you to want to get in shape! Her class is addicting!

Wendy is a fantastic friend and pilates instructor!!!

Wendy is a fantastic Pilates instructor. Her classes are well suited for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. I have taken Pilates classes with Wendy for a year now, and I wouldn’t want to take Pilates with any other instructor. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable and experienced, Wendy is also one of the most friendly people I have met. She started out as my instructor and became my friend.

Lucky to have such a devoted instructor in Ottawa

Have been attending Wendy's mat pilates classes for over a year. Great low-impact, core-strengthening workout for the whole body! Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Wendy brings lots of enthusiasm to her class along with careful instruction to prevent injury and modification for those with limitations. Her 30-45 min classes will get you in shape in no time!! And you will have fun doing it! We are lucky to have such a devoted pilates instructor in Ottawa!

Change in a couple of class times at ORH!  Monday/Wednesday@4pm---Tuesday/Thursday@630pm---Friday@830am All classes are 45 minutes or less.  Get a full body workout each class.
