Ludeman's Fireplace and Patio

I was sold a certain breed of chicken only 25 weeks later found out it was another breed completely. I purchased it from Ludemans only because that is the specific type I needed given my small coop and yard among other particulars. When I went in to speak with them about their mix-up the matters only went from bad to worse. The owner was defensive even when I showed him the pictures of the chicken and had the receipt stating otherwise. In short he was rude, offered me no options or alternatives and asked me what I expected. I said how about an APOLOGY to start! Jerk. Another time, I went in for some more things for cheese. I had previously bought a cheese kit the day before. They told me they didn't have those things. I had to tell them where it was from the day before and once again the attitude. When they ring me up I was checking the expiration dates of the product and they were over 5 months expired! Not only that but they still wanted 50 % for it. Save your money, save your time, save yourself a migraine. Never go there.\t\nJennifer is the only knowledgeable and nice person.

We went in to purchase a grill, with a price range of about 1200-2000. Jennifer was very helpful and pleasant. She was patient and answered all our questions. The second time we went in to make the purchase, a male saleperson was abrupt and completely unhelpful. I wasn't sure of his name since he did not wear a name tag. However, it was not Bill. We turned around and made a purchase at another grill store.

I have dealt with this place for several years. I have found the staff to not know much about their product and their service follow up leaves something to be desired.
