Be prepared to wait, possibly forever, for delivery from this store. At the time of sale, delivery estimate was 4to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, with no merchandise in sight, Sherry, the CEO, promised delivery in one more week. Still, no mattress. AT 7+ weeks,I finally pulled the plug, asked for a refund through my credit card company, and purchased elsewhere. This appears to be a struggling business with little clout with suppliers. Their pitch is to buy from them because they are "local". If local is more importland to you than performance, you may want to shop here. went into mattress world in beaverton not planning on buyinga bed. Mark Jose & Azure were the most helpful\t\nsales people I have ever seen. They beat everyone elses prices and we had been to several different stores. I would higly recommend anyone looking for a mattress and a exceptional deal to go to Mattress World. Ordered a mattress 4 weeks ago and counting. Order was paid for up front in full, deliver was promised within 3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks, given no ETA, was promised follow up in 3 days time. Store never contacted me. Called again 2 days passed their promise and was told they'd deliver on a specific date. Message was received yesterday that mattress would be delivered to store today at 1pm, and to come by for pickup at 2pm to be safe. Drove over to store at 4:30pm only to be told that the mattress wasn't delivered and they shouldn't have promised such a thing the day before. When I asked them to deliver the mattress to my house since I had already made the effort to come over there, they snapped back that it would cost me a $60 fee. Now I'm waiting yet again for something that was promised over a week ago and I've gotten the run-around repeated times since. In hindsight I should've known better when I initially walked in the store and two sales associates were throwing the football on the showroom floor.
