Castle Dental

My wife and I decided to go to Castle Dental becuae they accepted both of our insurance plans. My wife and children needed a cleaning and were scheduled an appointment sevens months out. \t\n\t\nI was in pain and in need of a root canal. I was sent some where else for the actual root canal and told to come back for the crown. I was told the crown would cost $260. After they put they crown on, I was told I owe $510. They were also supposed to fill three cavities on the same day as the crown. They refused to fill the cavities and told me I would have to schedule an office appointment for each cavity. They required four office visits just to to put the crown on. \t\n\t\nWe have had to pay more than we would have a to at other dental offices just billing one insurance plan.\t\n\t\nIn addition, they were rude all three visits\t\n\t\nNeedless to say we are canceling all scheduled appointments and never going back. \t\n\t\nPositive Note: They don't leave you hanging out in the lobby and are very quick with there price quote.

It's a little weird that all the five star reviews came on the same day and shortly before. I wonder if somebody is trying to boost their own rating. It seems like all the people giving it one star have a little more to talk about. It's not hard to spot the real reviews. \t\n\t\nIn other words your tacky reviews are as pitiful as your service.

Dr. Carrion and the staff at the Murfreesboro Castle are always friendly and welcoming to me. A space that had developed over the last couple of years between two of my top front teeth had caused me to alter my willingness to smile as I had always done. When asked for possibilities, Dr. Carrion explained a very simple solution--a white filling on the tooth that had shifted for a very reasonable fee (a bargain compared to braces!). The results were amazing! I have told many friends about this simple and economical, but extraordinary, cosmetic solution! This procedure should be advertised in the media!\t\n\t\nThank you, Dr. Carrion, and the great staff at Castle Dental! I now have my old smile back!
