Was a long time patient and believed I was being treated with caring and compassion. Tim is very reliant on pills. Thought I was getting good care. Until February 2014, I had a heart attack and now have congestive heart failure. When I got to the hospital I had 42% heart function. Still have one totally blocked artery. I am facing open heart surgery next year after my body heals a little bit more and stabilizes. Tim never sent me for tests and was having all kinds of problems that should have alerted him to my heart failure. Bad edema in my legs, heavy breathing when walking, pain in my left side. My heart doctor said I would have had a major coronary in a few weeks if I had not gone to the ER when I did. I am now on 14 pills a day, most to stabilize my heart. Oxygen 24/7/ Tim big thing was to help improve your quality of life, He ruined mine and made it 10 times worse than when I started with him over 5 years ago. ...read more

Give impression of caring, however expect to wait and wait and wait - Say we spend a lot of time with each patient - not true. Has maybe 5 or 6 exam rooms once you're called into the exam area and there you wait again. Practicioners don't want to lose a minute that can't be charged, so have patients booked to be sure they always have the next one waiting. Not impressed if you have a choice find another operation where they have some respect of your time too! ...read more
