Reporting to the company's Chief Operating Officer, Gurkirpal Sandhu, Ms. Sercu will develop and implement the corporate marketing strategy to increase G.S. Cosmeceutical's market share, including the research and development of media services and strategies and the creation of corporate sales and marketing collateral. Ms. Sercu will also assume responsibilities for all lead generation, web content and industry communication.

Prior to joining G.S. Cosmeceutical, Ms. Sercu held various positions in beauty manufacturing as a marketing communications specialist and corporate copywriter. She offers 15 years' experience in the skincare, cosmetics, haircare and natural products industries as a copywriter, public relations specialist and marketing manager. Throughout her career, she has helped implement strategic marketing campaigns for small and large manufacturers, including Procter&Gamble; Professional Beauty, Joico Laboratories, Cynosure, Silhouet-Tone and more. Her vast network of contacts in the skincare industry includes dayspa and medispa owners, physicians and manufacturers.

A graduate of the of the University of Florida Ms. Sercu holds a bachelor's of science in Advertising from the College of Journalism.
