Three of us reserved to go together, they sat two of us together and the third person somewhere else because the third chair was broken. They knew that ahead of time. The "american" pedicure was so light as to be invisible. The manicure was so poorly done that every nail was a different shape and they never even bothered to clean them before applying the polish.
