With 2010 come and gone, what are the new trends we can look forward to. With help from Arizona Weddings magazine, below are the hotest trends.

1. Color - Black and dark colors are in! Accents to whites and lighter colors mesh beautifully with the darker overlay.

 2. Centerpieces - Florists are getting creative on these. Nothing dresses up a table better than a beautiful centerpiece. Log-on to www.ceentertainment.com/vendors for a good list of florists.

 3. Texture - Crushed satins seem to be THE most popular now. Talk to your planner about ideas.

 4. Martini's galore! - More and more weddings are bringing these perfect cocktails to their wedding bars. Ice sculpture Martini bars are the coolest trend.

 5. Lights - Uplighting, Monograms, pin spots and rope lighting are really in. I now offer all of these options to help transform the wedding into a paradise.

 6. Cakes - With the recent boom of cup cake wars or cake wars on TV, Bakeries are now getting creative. Check out my vendors page for perfect bakeries.

 7. Wine - Out with Champagne and in with Wine. From toasts to dinner bottles, wine is the in thing. I've seen couples even create personalized labels! See Celebrations Ink on my vendors page for this.

 8. Explore the food -  Passed appetizers are so yesterday. Try buffet stations with different foods for your guests to try. The Chefs love this and so do guests!

 9. Desert Stations -This can be simple caddies for guests to scoop up to full out cakes and cookies. Give your guests the ability to splurge.

 10. Dinner options - Plated or Buffet? How about family style. This is the newest trend that is stirring up a frenzy.

 11. Ambience - I've seen planners create a Lounge type atmosphere for guests to relax and talk. Can be simple or all out WOW!

 12. Personal touch - From specialty drinks named after Bride&Groom; to bringing in local flavor, add that personal idea of the area or you.

 13. Entertaining options - Flipbooks, Photobooths, even Bridal trivia had jumped on the scene to entertain guests during down times.

 14. Infused drinks - Alcohols mixed with your favorite spritzers or colors add the extra touch.

 15. Cafe olay - From an elaborate espresso coffee station to a Hot Chocolate bar, why not?

 16. Midnight snack - After a long night of dancing bring out the finger foods for the guests to enjoy.

As you can see there are a lot of trends. Choose the ones that best fit. Be creative and have fun!
